Berlin Packaging acquires Repli and Pentapackaging

berlin packaging has announced the purchase of Repli and pentapackaging, two leading companies in plastic packaging.

Repli, based in Barcelona (Spain), and Pentapackaging, based in Bergamo (Italy), will significantly expand Berlin Packaging's product portfolio to several key end markets, including industrial, specialty chemicals, food and beverage, food care. household, cosmetic and pharmaceutical. Repli and Pentapackaging also provide some 9000 square meters of additional storage space in Spain and Italy.

With more than 40.000 Berlin Packaging SKUs, more than 130 warehouses and distribution points, and design and innovation centers on two continents, customers of Repli and Pentapackaging will now have access to this world-class offering of packaging and services.

This is Berlin Packaging's ninth purchase in Europe since 2016.
