Xavier Gagey will direct Groupe Pochet

July 13, 2021

Xavier Gage has been appointed executive director of Groupe Pochet and member of the Executive Board, effective September 1, 2021.

He will replace Tristan Farabet, who has been dedicated since 2014 to modernize the Group's organization, infrastructure and operating methods.

Graduated from the French National Electricity University (Supelec) and with an MBA from Edhec, Xavier Gagey joined Groupe Pochet and its Executive Committee in 2018 as Managing Director of the glass division, backed by long experience at Arcelor-Mittal / Grupo Aperam, both in France and internationally.

Irene Gosset, President and shareholder of Groupe Pochet, wants to “cordially thank Tristan on behalf of all shareholders for his decisive action at the service of the Group over the past seven years and for the significant progress made. This positive momentum allows us to now look to the future with confidence and turn a new page in the Group's history with Xavier, whose proven talent will benefit the Group's activities as a whole.
