June 9th, 2021

The new line of products for blond hair (natural and dyed) from the Italian firm Davines called Heart of glass. The containers are jars of recycled plastic after consumption and are in turn recyclable, shiny black in color, shaped like a bottle of Japanese whiskey.

Heart of Glass is made up of four products, a revitalizing shampoo, a conditioning balm, a strengthening treatment and a thermo-protective fluid: Silkening Shampoo, Intense Treatment, Rich Conditioner and Sheer Glaze.

All products in the line have neutral carbon footprint, the carbon dioxide emissions generated during the entire life cycle of the products, except the utilization phase, are offset through EthioTrees, an offsetting project with which Davines contributes to the regeneration of the soil and forests of the northern region of Tigray, in the Tembien Highlands (Ethiopia) and at risk of desertification.
