The new packaging PP-Pop Jar by Quadpack is a solution for refillable cosmetics that offers a new gesture. When the cartridge inside is finished, it is extracted by pushing it from the base, emitting a loud “pop”. The new cartridge is inserted through the top of the container with a simple gesture.

This is a minimalist jar: it only consists of an outer ring, a heat-sealed inner receptacle, a shutter and a stopper. It is made entirely of polypropylene and reaches the “Advanced” level of sustainability according to Quadpack's Positive-Impact Packaging (PIP) classification. The cap and exterior of the container can incorporate up to 75% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material or certified Ocean Bound Plastic. Life cycle analyzes indicate that PCR versions offer considerable improvement in water use and carbon footprint.
It is available in 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml formats, making the PP-Pop Jar an ideal option for face, body and hair products.
