UPM Raflatac, one of the leading suppliers of self-adhesive labels has signed an agreement to acquire the business of Gascogne Laminates Switzerland SA. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the acquisition. This transaction is subject to approval by regulatory bodies.
