Various associates of FESPA Spain have started manufacturing health and protective products against coronavirus so necessary at the moment to guarantee the safety of the employees who continue to work in person during the state of alarm, that of the health workers and, in general, to help in the fight against the virus.
Examples of this are the Group GP and Group OM, which are manufacturing protective screens to be placed in supermarket checkout lines or pharmacy counters; or serisan, which is using your 3D printer to make parts for respirators.
Also the company Segurilight Signage, which has given its company vehicles to the Red Cross to distribute food to people who need it; in Chlorophyll they are making sanitary protection masks with their 3D printer; on AIMAN GZ they are producing masks with the help of a partner in the Netherlands to give them to hospitals; or the case of Bio Green Save Solutions, which have a system to decontaminate the air that can be transferred to hospitals and nursing homes for the elderly.
Its initiatives have led FESPA Spain to launch a project bank that their associates share with each other to exchange information. The objective is that projects carried out by companies can be identified and shared so that other companies can replicar in another area or with another idea. Thus, companies that want to produce material will not have to start by investigating which suppliers can provide the raw material or what requirements each product must meet, but will be able to benefit from the research of this material that another associate has already done.
