NIASAFE project of AIJU, AINIA and AIMPLAS

AIMPLAS, Instituto Tecnológico del Plástico, together with the Instituto Tecnológico de Productos Infantil y Ocio (AIJU) and AINIA Instituto Tecnológico, participate in a project that aims to study and evaluate the presence of NIAS (substances not intentionally added) in materials in contact with food, specifically, in plastic materials.

The NIASAFE project, financed by IVACE, with the co-financing of EU ERDF funds, arises from the need to guarantee the safety of plastic products destined to come into contact with food and aims to be a tool for companies, especially SMEs , of the Valencian Community can innovate and increase the safety of their products.
