AINIA innovation days

Within the cycle of conferences aimed at bringing innovation to companies, AINIA offers professionals food industry and related the latest news in Industry 4.0, food safety, control and analysis of emerging risks, hygienic design and new packaging techniques and trends.

The calendar of innovation days scheduled for the last four months of the year by AINIA begins on September 20 with Chemical and microbiological risks in food industries. In collaboration with the College of Veterinarians of Valencia, the possible food alerts, the latest analytical techniques for the rapid detection of risks, as well as some innovative strategies for their prevention will be announced.

On September 26, AINIA will hold the conference Digital transformation and industry 4.0 in the agri-food industry: perspectives for SMEs and large companies. With professionals from agri-food industries such as Improven, Nunsys, BBVA, Dulcesol, Reny Picot and Platos Tradicionales, the latest technological trends will be analyzed through their experiences and the new competitive scenario of the sector will be reflected on.

Single-person households require smaller formats, and families with more members are looking for long-life, reclosable, ready-to-cook containers. Above all, it will deal with the day of October 5: New convenience packaging, safely covering the demands of consumers.

Aimed at the meat sector, on October 17 AINIA has scheduled the conference in Girona: Guaranteeing food safety in the meat sector through innovation, with the aim of helping companies in this sector to maintain consumer confidence.

One of the reference organizations in the field of hygienic engineering is the European network EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group), made up of equipment manufacturers, agri-food industries and research institutes. AINIA, as a member and headquarters of the regional section of EHEDG in Spain, organizes the Hygienic design of facilities and equipment, guarantee the safety of your product efficiently on October 24, which will offer technological solutions of higher hygienic quality and at a lower cost to agri-food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and capital goods companies.

Finally, on October 27, the conference on biological solutions to improve the productivity of the olive grove will be held.
