Micro Jumpsuit is the first single-material airless dispenser of the portfolio Aptar Beauty. Based on the brand's favorite Micro (30ml) airless packaging solution, it is made entirely of polyethylene (PE) for improved circularity.
Mono Micro is perfect for dermocosmetic brands concerned about the end of life of their containers. All packaging (including outer cap, container, actuator, inner track mechanism and label, if used) is manufactured PE only.
As with all Aptar Beauty airless products, the formula is kept safely protected from the outside and contamination. The top fill system offers a high evacuation rate to minimize waste of bulk product. With 360º dispensing and exact dosing, Mono Micro is intuitive and easy for consumers to use.
Aptar's Mix & Match program allows a wide variety of customization options, with different finishes, color combinations and decoration, to personalize the pack to the image of any brand.
Mono Micro is designed and manufactured at Aptar Beauty's specialized airless technology facility in Villingen, Germany. The Micro 30mi and, step by step, the entire Micro range will be available from 2024 and will then be expanded to the Mezzo 50mi. These will also be available in the future with PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin from mechanical or chemical recycling.
