berlin packaging has acquired Vidrimon, a supplier of olive oil bottles and glass containers for southern Europe. Strategically located in Montilla, Spain, Vidrimon has experienced years of sustained organic growth.
Berlin Packaging, for its part, is a global supplier of 2.600 billion dollars of rigid packaging products and services to customers of all types and in all sectors. Vidrimon marks Berlin's twelfth global acquisition since 2010 and the fourth in Europe in 2019, adding strategic locations in France, Italy, the Netherlands and now Spain. This rapid expansion extends the global reach of this dynamic organization, which includes more than 110 locations in North America, the Milan-based Bruni Glass division, the Bruni Erben division based in Hadleigh, England, and operations in China and South Africa.
Vidrimon will join the Bruni Glass organization and the new company will be called Bruni Glass Iberia, a Berlin Packaging Company.
