So far, Drupa 2012 has been the most successful trade show for Bobst, the world's leading producer of machinery and services for packaging manufacturers in the corrugated, case and flexible packaging industries in its far-reaching transformation program. Bobst unveiled a wide variety of cutting edge innovations at Drupa 2012.
It focused on four machines, each incorporating innovations: the new 20SIX flexographic printing platform for the production of flexible packaging, the Expertcut 106 PER flatbed die cutter, the new Masterfold 110-A3 folder-gluer and the laminating line of solvent-free high speed SL 1000. In total, more than 100 transactions were completed at the Bobst booth at Drupa. More than 40% of the machines sold during the show went to new customers. After Germany, India acquired the largest number of Bobst machines; Brazil and China are also among the top six buying countries.
