Different companies that are part of the Packaging Cluster participated in the functional food co-creation session for the children's segment.
The conference was organized by the Health and Nutrition Cluster, AINS, on January 22 at the Acció headquarters in Barcelona.
The objective of the session was to carry out a “brainstorming” around new products within the category, following a method of co-creation with companies in the industry from different and complementary points of view: packaging, ingredients, formats, etc.
The session, which also featured companies from the Indescat sports cluster and the Catalonia Gourmet food cluster, brought together different professionals who worked together in teams to design new products.
