cosfibel recently signed three partnership agreements to complete its product ranges and bring its sourcing activities closer to European customers.
Cosfibel becomes the exclusive representative in France and Benelux of the company Shopkeeper, directed by Dario Juan and specialist in rigid cardboard boxes in the fashion, beauty, wine & spirits and food markets. Tendero, located in Alicante, has 8 automatic production lines. It expects to reach a turnover of 9 million euros in 2019. This new industrial capacity will complement Grumbe's range of plastic folding boxes and boxes, in addition to the glued cardboard folding line in which Grumbe has just invested.
In addition, Cosfibel signed a long-term exclusivity agreement with the French-Tunisian group The Soie, a renowned specialist in spinning, weaving and sewing. La Soie is directed by David Lebard and has a turnover of approximately 15 million euros. This agreement will allow Cosfibel to develop its catalog of textile products and accessories in three markets, beauty, wines & spirits and food. It will also bring its Bags and Accessories activities closer to its main customers.
Finally, Cosfibel also signed a long-term exclusivity agreement with the HPC Group, led and founded by Mouldi ATTIA. This group is a specialist in plastic injection and will be your exclusive contact to develop your supply activities in Tunisia. On this occasion, HPC TUNIS becomes its XNUMXth Urban Network® in the world to develop its sales in the Maghreb.
