Marchesini Group SpA has announced the purchase of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic division of PRB SpA. The acquisition includes secondary packaging technologies (packers, cartoners, palletizers) for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. This operation will allow the Marchesini Group to offer the market even more technological integrated solutions for the supply of complete lines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging industry.
