Smurfit Kappa announces its adhesion as promoting partner to Poretic, the leading business organization in sustainability and social responsibility in Spain. A collaboration that will allow the company to continue establishing synergies to strengthen its position in sustainability and achieve the ambitious objectives established in its Better Planet 2050 plan, which includes goals such as achieving net zero CO emissions2 for 2050.
Thanks to this alliance, Smurfit Kappa will be able to develop strategic actions with other large companies from all business sectors, promoting solutions that make it possible to solve the great challenges facing the country in terms of sustainability and that cover aspects such as the protection of the environment, the promotion of inclusion and equality in companies or inclusive technological and economic development.
