In the second call of 2022 for subsidies to support Innovative Business Groups (AEI), five collaborative projects with the participation of the CEP have obtained funding, in which 25 companies, technology centers and clusters will participate.
These are projects Sera, Smart Waste 4.0, Bowser, Plastitech and Polita, which add up to a total budget of €1.194.851,50 and have an aid approved by the Ministry of Industry of €891.696.
The project Sera, Technological support for the transformation of thermoplastic recycled material, In which the Leartiker Technology Center, CIitsalp, SL, Plásticos Clossa, SL, SMP Automotive Tecnology Ibérica, SL, Aclima and the CEP participate, its main objective is the creation of an expert system based on artificial intelligence for the modification of variables processing of materials of recycled origin based on their characteristics.
The main objective of the project Smart Waste 4.0, automated and intelligent screening system for plastic products to be recycled, in which Birziplastic SL, Largoiko, RLE International Iberia and the CEP participate, is to investigate an automated and intelligent waste separation system that adapts to different processes and types of parts and that is affordable for an SME.
The project Plastitech, Circular Digital Solution for 360º integral traceability and revaluation of pre and post industrial plastic waste, In which Mik S. Coop, Kaytec Digital Business, SL, Birziplastic SL, Emaús Gipuzkoa, SLU, Plásticos Clossa, SL, Aclima, Fundación Gaiker and the CEP participate, it is proposed to investigate the development of a comprehensive circular solution oriented to the digitization of the 360º traceability processes of the processes involved in the collection, recycling and revaluation of pre- and post-industrial plastic waste; and, of the new generation processes of revalued and certified technical composites by means of the UNE-EN 15343:2008 standard.
The other two projects are Bowser, for the optimization of parameters of the extrusion process, and Polita, for the development of processes and close value chains for the creation of sustainable polymers for Industry 4.0 of the habitat.
