Truyol Digital is committed to sustainability in the large format area

December 19th 2018

Digital Truyol has acquired the new HP Latex R2000, a sustainable hybrid press with excellent quality results for printing on rigid and flexible in the area of Large Format. The Madrid company thus completes the range of large format printing products with latex technology, along with the purchase of two HP Latex 3100 digital presses in 2016 for latex printing on flexible materials.
“Innovation and quality are our main hallmarks, that is why we constantly update our digital printing equipment. With latex technology, not only do we offer the highest quality to our customers, but we also do it in a sustainable way ”, highlights Joaquín Truyol, general manager of Truyol Digital.
Truyol Digital, concerned about climate change, already has an extensive catalog of materials with FSC® and PEFC ™ environmental certificates and, with the acquisition of the HP Latex R2000 hybrid press, incorporates sustainability into the production process in the area of Large Format.
The HP Latex R2000 uses water-based inks for printing, guaranteeing superior quality thanks to its great adhesion on both rigid and flexible media. The results are crisp, vibrant colors that are more durable and highly resistant to scratches. The press has seven color stations, among which the premium white ink stands out, a result of brighter and unalterable color over time.
As a novelty, the fifth HP PSP worldwide incorporates the microchannel cardboard support for the production of short runs of packaging and POS material. It is a new line of business that covers the needs of the market.
Truyol Digital has used the HP Latex R2000 press, mainly, for advertising and decoration work.
