The jury has awarded the Gold Arcapack Awards to nine projects, in recognition for their packaging design. The winning works of the Arcapack de Oro in Spain participate directly in the Latampack 2023 International Latin American Packaging Design Awards, the most prestigious Spanish-speaking packaging award.
The containers recognized with the Arcapack Gold Award are the following:
ARCAPACK DE ORO Award for the best beverage packaging, bottle and/or label design:
Jaén Tinta -by Emóleo Graphic Design for Vinos Bio Pedro Olivares in Jaén
Jaén Tinta is the recovered autochthonous grape variety, which gives its name to the wine and, in turn, is a metaphor for the province where it was born, Jaén, and is a mirror of today's woman. All of them, variety, province and woman, have re-emerged with force in a woman who escapes from one of the castles in this province where she was locked up and throws away the key because she feels free of it. The tag is in direct communication with the case through the lock and key. Both are made in a single ink (black), where the maximum expression has been precisely sought with very few elements. The soft touch of the case brings closeness and warmth that contrasts with the coldness of black and white.
