Estal showcases custom-designed bottles at Bar Convent Brooklyn

June 19th, 2023

Estal

Estal has presented its catalog of bottles of distillery in Bar Conventiont from June 13 to 14 in Industry City, Brooklyn, NY.

Thanks to the extensive customization possibilities offered by the Estal catalogue, distinctive containers can be achieved from a standard bottle or by selecting the latest customization option by creating a unique mould, designed exclusively for the brand.

By applying innovation DoubleHigh®, which presents a double height at the base, acting as a podium without increasing the amount of glass required for its manufacture, the product is elevated, making it stand out.

The Rude for distillery stands out for the use of Wild Glass, 100% recycled PCR glass. It is a collection of bottles with a Choker neck, with a naturally rough finish, with the possibility of completing it with the Corkcoal stopper, which combines cork and activated carbon. These two noble materials, combined, reduce the waste generated in production and completely eliminate the use of chemical bleaches.

For companies looking for packaging with a distinctive character, the collection of Wildly Crafted bottles puts imperfections in the center. Another combination is to apply Wild Glass' 100% recycled PCR glass to a bottle with the Double High® finish.

Strong presence in the US market

Estal has earned the trust of prestigious liquor manufacturers in the United States. Diageo North America, with iconic brands such as Johnnie Walker, Guinness or Tanqueray, is one of them, as well as the Kentucky whiskey and vodka producer, Jeptha Creed; the renowned brand of gin Astraea; the manufacturer and distributor of premium Caribbean rum, Pusser's Rum; Italian spirits experts Fabrizia Spirits; and companies like Wes Brands, founded in 2021, Veritable Distillery and Maison Marcel.

Estal's presence in the US market also extends to the field of design through top-level collaborations with agencies such as Stranger and Stranger, Chad Michael Studio or CF Napa designers.

The consolidation of Estal in this market has been one of the reasons that has allowed the company to increase its turnover by 74,4% in 2022, from 39,3 million to 68,6 million euros. The success of its innovations, especially the versatility offered by Wild Glass' 100% recycled PCR glass, suitable for wines, spirits and beauty products, is another driver for the company's growth.
