Faca Packaging launches biobased solutions

Faca Packaging

Faca Packaging has presented a new line of products, jars and bottles, made with raw material 100% vegetable.

Faca also offers packaging solutions made with polyethylene derived from sugar cane and refill. All Faca packaging is manufactured in Europe. The company produces jars and bottles in sizes from 7 ml to 250 ml (with and without internal beaker).

For Faca, product development is a main focus, which is why it invests heavily in R&D&I and, over the years, has built a portfolio of more than 300 active patents.

In addition, the company has invested in state-of-the-art machinery to achieve more sustainable consumption, both in injection with the acquisition of heavy machinery to allow multi-cavity moulds, and in decoration and assembly. It also uses state-of-the-art machinery for quality control through the use of high-speed artificial vision cameras.

Since 2019, its three production plants, complete with clean rooms and office areas, have been running on 100% renewable energy, thus minimizing its C02 footprint.
