La airless technology and single-material design They cross paths in the design of Ultra Solo, the most recent addition to the airless line of quad pack. This polyethylene (PE) container also consists of a metal-free pump, so the entire container is made from a single recyclable material.

This single-wall container has a minimalist and elegant design. Thanks to the PE material, it is possible to give a high gloss finish to the stylized contours of Ultra Solo, in addition to applying various decorative options to adapt it to the identity of any brand. It is available in 15ml, 30ml and 50ml formats, and offers a simple top-filling system.

Airless technology guarantees a perfect dosage of 0,15 cm3 per pulsation, precise, regardless of the force exerted. As it is an airtight environment, the formula is protected from any external contamination and this makes it possible to reduce the use of artificial preservatives. Additionally, the pump system allows users to use it at any angle and effectively.

All Ultra Solo components – the cap, pump mechanism, actuator and bottle – are made of PE, making the product 100% recyclable and has obtained the seal from the prestigious European certification institute cyclos-HTP. “We always seek a greater degree of recyclability in product development,” he explains. Alejandra Isern, Category Specialist at Quadpack, “and nothing is easier to recycle than a single-material packaging. Ultra Solo is also our first airless solution made of PE, which expands the range of materials in our airless range.”

As with all products in the Quadpack portfolio, Ultra Solo has an Environmental Report that includes a life cycle analysis and other impact data to help brands achieve their sustainability goals.
