Studying Edward of the Friar has created a 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable mineral water bottlele, made with starch, flax hulls and sugar cane. The name of this high-quality natural mineral water, Yoi, is linked to “good” in Japanese.
Its manufacturing generates 60% less carbon footprint than the traditional mineral water bottle. In addition, the container becomes compost once discarded. The biobottle, under industrial compostability conditions, takes around 180 days to decompose.
