Jimmy Choo entrusted to TNT Global Manufacturing the design and manufacture of the the packaging for the lipstick (10 shades), the cap for the nail polish (8 shades), the cap and the necklace for the perfume bottle (6 fragrances).
The technical challenge lies in the finishing of the nail polish packaging ring, the lipstick ball and the fragrance cap. Gold anodized aluminum decorative plates with an engraved logo required precision and meticulous polishing, especially the nail polish plate.
On the lipstick, the ABS cap with its PP coating is also adorned with a gold anodized aluminum plate and the Jimmy Choo logo. The base is gold anodized aluminum with a PP coating and a hammered zamak ball with a gold coated finish.
A matte varnish has been applied to the ABS cap of the nail polish, on which a PP coating has also been placed. The gold anodized aluminum plate is decorated with an engraved logo. The hammered zamak ring is coated with gold. TNT Global Manufacturing assembled the brush to deliver a ready-to-assemble assembly on the bottle.
The fragrance cap is made of hammered zamak with a gold coating. The 2-piece gold anodized aluminum necklace is attached to each other. A silkscreen-engraved logo decorates the gold anodized aluminum plate.
