TNT Global Manufacturing continue working with Penhaligon's in the manufacture of the zamak caps and the aluminum and brass collars of Mr Sam and Changing Constance.
Each "portrait" implies a new technical challenge to produce a unique piece of zamak that respects the precision and purity of details.
In addition to the complex production process (casting, demoulding, assembly), each of the pieces was polished by hand before galvanizing in gold.
