What position does the Seripafer Group currently have in the packaging sector?
With more than 35 years of experience, at Grupo Seripafer we are experts in the design and manufacture of personalized packaging.
Each of our containers are born from a unique project, made entirely to measure.
We work under the concept of ecodesign from the beginning. Both in functionality and optimization and materials, so that the virtues of the products are highlighted from the packaging itself.
We actively work for various sectors such as: cosmetics, perfumery, pharmacy and parapharmacy, food, confectionery, wines, spirits, cavas, air fresheners, and products for the home and textiles.
Among the sectors for which you work, which has the highest percentage?
In such a competitive world, any of the sectors mentioned above is concerned with improving the design of its packaging in every way.
But if we had to highlight any of them, without a doubt, sectors such as perfumery, cosmetics and food are the most active in innovation.
There are already many brands that have taken care to make their packaging more sustainable and more efficient in transport; reducing carbon footprint and recycling.
How can packaging design be decisive in the success of a product's sales?
Now packaging not only protects the product, but also communicates its purpose and values. As consumers are increasingly faced with different varieties of products with similar characteristics, packaging undoubtedly plays a fundamental and determining role in standing out on the shelf and attracting their attention.
It is that first face-to-face meeting where packaging will be a key element in the final purchase decision.

We work to improve our environmental commitment; For this reason, we use 100% recycled and recyclable materials, cardboard and cardboard under FSC® certification, and materials that come from organic waste. We belong to ECOVADIS, which helps us to continuously improve our CSR and Sustainability standards, always trying to achieve excellence.
What does sustainability mean for Grupo Seripafer?
During the last decades it has become clear that we need a new economic model that guarantees a fairer balance at the social level and that has a limited impact on the environment.

We are traveling to different fairs in the sector to learn about the materials and productive advances in sustainability.

Finishes for differentiation such as stamping, glossy varnishes, reliefs, textures, embossing... and everything that will make the product stand out on the shelf at first glance.
"Less is more" continues to be the trend in sustainability and finishes, where Premium results are also achieved with special details.
In what way are they favoring a more sustainable production?
The transformation of packaging in the sectors is taking place thanks to the change in the mentality of consumers.
The simplicity in the packaging and in the materials produce a lower impact on the environment, in addition to facilitating its recycling.
