hispack returns from May 8 to 11 with more strength, companies and sector support to present the latest innovations in packaging, process and logistics on the market. The Fira de Barcelona show claims the strategic role of packaging when it comes to digitally transforming the industry and commercializing all kinds of sectors with the offer of almost 800 direct exhibitors, 20% more than in its last call held in 2015.
With the presence of nearly 1.400 brands represented, Hispack exhibits different packaging solutions taking into account their entire life cycle and their interconnections with other production processes and with the supply chain. Sustainability, improving the experience of using packaging, automation towards industry 4.0 and packaging logistics are the main themes of this edition.
Likewise, Hispack will show the advances in packaging sustainability, as well as packaging solutions designed to make life easier for the consumer. Riera-Marsá points out “we will see a greater use of recyclable and biodegradable materials, lighter packaging, and a clear commitment to eco-design, recycling and reuse within the framework of the circular economy”.
