The Saica Group presents its strategic plan "Saica 2025"

June 16th, 2021

El Saica Group has made public the digital event "Saica 2025: Building the Future Together". The strategic plan will serve as a reference in the decision-making of the company for the next five years. In the presentation, in which numerous employees of the group participated at a national and international level, the main lines of action that the Saica Group will follow on the path to an increasingly sustainable future were announced. These include projects, on the one hand, to improve efficiency in the four business areas and, on the other, for growth in Europe and the United States with the first factory in 2020.

In the act, Ramon Alejandro, President of the Saica Group, has indicated that the Saica 2025 strategy is based on a challenging situation at an economic, technological, generational, climate and globalization level. Ramón Alejandro declared that "the company's 2025 strategy will serve to reinforce its value proposition for all its stakeholders: customers, employees, shareholders and the communities in which they operate, among others."

The "Saica 2025" strategic plan is conceived from the need to maintain profitable growth, but above all, sustainable. For this, the Saica Group will continue with the vertical integration of the business divisions, improving their efficiency and reaching new markets, with an average annual investment of 230 million euros in technologies cutting-edge services that will nurture the cutting-edge service plants that ensure the highest quality of their products and services.

Saica 2025 confirms and consolidates the company's commitment to the environment, defining a strategy in which it responds to the challenges posed by climate change: reduce carbon footprint, chase the zero residue or collaboration with scientific and technological institutions are some of the priorities that Saica is already setting in motion and will continue to be a priority for the company in the next five years.
